About Position:
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Lead to architect, automate, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. The role involves leading DevOps initiatives, driving infrastructure reliability, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enable secure, high‑quality software delivery at scale.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment
- Architect and manage scalable, highly available, and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and configuration management tools
- Lead and oversee containerized platforms using Docker and Kubernetes
- Establish DevOps best practices, standards, and governance across teams
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability; lead troubleshooting and incident resolution
- Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to streamline SDLC and release workflows
- Implement and enforce security, compliance, and cost‑optimization best practices
- Mentor and guide DevOps engineers; provide technical leadership and direction
- Maintain architecture, operational, and deployment documentation
- Evaluate emerging DevOps tools and technologies and recommend improvements
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 9–12 years of experience in DevOps engineering, with experience in a lead or senior role
- Strong hands‑on expertise with AWS Cloud services (EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, Auto Scaling, CloudWatch, etc.)
- Expertise in Kubernetes (EKS preferred) and container orchestration
- Proven experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions
- Hands-on experience with Docker and container-based deployments
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and Python
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
- Strong understanding of Linux systems, networking, security, and monitoring
- Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross‑team collaboration skills
