💼 Role: Release Manager+ DevOps
What You'll Do:
Release Management
Own release lifecycle (Dev → SIT → UAT → Prod)
Plan and manage release calendar across phases (1A/1B/2)
Lead Go/No-Go decisions and readiness reviews
Coordinate Dev, QA, Integration, and Business teams
Perform impact assessment (platform, integration, data)
Define rollback & contingency plans
Drive post-release validation & reporting
DevOps (Hands-on)
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred)
Automate build, test, deployment
Manage environments (Dev/SIT/UAT/Prod)
Implement deployment & rollback automation
Integrate automated testing (regression/performance)
Enable monitoring, logging, alerts
Apply DevSecOps (secure pipelines, audit logs)
What We're Looking For:
6+ years in Release Management / DevOps
Strong CI/CD (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps / Jenkins / equivalent)
Experience with multi-environment deployments
Exposure to Salesforce (preferred)
Experience with API/integration-led systems
Understanding of security, audit, compliance
