Solution Architect L1 – Rubrik (L3+)-8-12 years-Pune
We are looking for a delivery-driven Solution Architect with strong expertise in Rubrik Cloud Data Management to lead end-to-end enterprise data protection and cyber recovery programs. The role requires hands-on architecture, implementation ownership, and the ability to drive secure, scalable, and SLA-aligned solutions across complex environments.

Responsibilities –
- Own end-to-end delivery of Rubrik implementations including discovery, design, build, migration, cutover, validation, and hypercare.
- Conduct technical workshops, define scope, and create detailed implementation and delivery plans.
- Develop HLD/LLD, runbooks, and operational procedures ensuring production readiness.
- Configure Rubrik policies (SLA domains, retention, archival, replication) and onboard enterprise workloads.
- Lead migration planning, dependency mapping, rollback strategies, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Drive Agile execution including sprint planning, tracking milestones, and removing delivery blockers.
- Ensure operational readiness through monitoring, capacity planning, and knowledge transfer to support teams.
- Manage governance including RAID, change management, stakeholder communication, and escalation handling.
- Troubleshoot L3+ issues, conduct root cause analysis, and improve system reliability.
- Mentor team members and enforce quality, documentation, and architectural standards.
Requirements –
- 8–12 years of experience with strong expertise in Rubrik CDM (architecture & implementation).
- Hands-on experience with SLA domains, backup strategies, archival, replication, and cyber recovery.
- Proven delivery experience in enterprise implementations including migration, cutover, and hypercare.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure (VMware, OS, storage, networking) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with automation (PowerShell/Python), APIs, and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like Splunk, ELK, Grafana.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
