Aleph is building agentic AI platforms for asset-heavy industries — manufacturing plants and logistics operations. Engineering-dense team, CTO-led, headquartered in Singapore with a growing India presence. Our infrastructure has to be solid because real operators make real decisions on it.
We're hiring a DevOps & Cloud intern to work directly with our cloud lead on our products. Hands-on from week one — no shadowing, no busywork. By month two, you should be merging PRs that touch production.
Heads up: this is not an AI/ML internship. If you want to build models or agents, this isn't the role. If you're energized by infrastructure, pipelines, and making production systems run reliably, read on.
What you'll do
- Provision cloud infrastructure with Terraform on Azure
- Build CI pipelines for automated testing using GitHub Actions
- Set up CD pipelines for PR-merge and release triggers
- Stand up infrastructure and integration for our notification engine
- Build out Ray infrastructure for parallel ML job execution
Skills you'll build
GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Azure management & deployment, distributed task systems, integrating with third-party engines.
You probably are
- A final-year or recent CS / IT / related grad
- Comfortable in Python and the terminal
- Have shipped something to a cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP) — coursework counts only if you took it past the tutorial
- Genuinely curious about infrastructure, not modeling
Bonus points for
- Any infra-as-code experience (Terraform, Pulumi, CDK, Bicep)
- Docker, containers, anything Kubernetes-adjacent
- A CI/CD pipeline you've built that wasn't from a tutorial
- Open-source contributions
