Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced SRE / DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, automating, monitoring, and maintaining scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines across cloud environments. The role requires strong expertise in cloud platforms, automation, containerization, observability, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and JFrog.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and Helm.
- Design and implement canary deployments for safe and rollback-ready service rollouts.
- Handle production issues and drive RCI efforts to improve uptime, RCA quality, and support response.
- Automate operational and patching activities using Python and Shell scripting to reduce incidents and improve compliance.
- Implement centralized monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace Davis AI, and Splunk.
- Manage secrets and secure access using HashiCorp Vault and AWS Secret Manager.
- Work with AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud platforms.
- Support database environments including Oracle and PostgreSQL.
- Ensure code quality and security standards using SonarQube.
- Work with configuration and scripting technologies including Groovy, JSON, YAML, Shell, and Python.
- Follow ITIL processes and best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
