Project Role Description : Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.

Summary:
As a DevOps Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and maintaining development tools and infrastructure that support continuous integration, delivery, and deployment processes. The role requires setting up and optimizing container orchestration environments and ensuring the security and reliability of the systems. Collaboration with various teams to streamline workflows and enhance automation is a key part of daily activities, along with monitoring and troubleshooting to maintain smooth operations across development pipelines.
Infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
Deployment automation platforms like Harness and GitHub Actions.
Implement and maintain container platforms (for example, Docker and Kubernetes).
Scripting and automation (for example, using Shell or Python).
Troubleshoot and resolve cloud and deployment issues.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve infrastructure automation and deployment processes.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and technical requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kubernetes.
- Experience with container orchestration and management.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment models.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and container environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
Additional Information:
