- Manage backups, restores, monitoring, logging, and capacity planning for tool infrastructure, with clear runbooks and SOPs.
- Build automation for provisioning and configuration using Terraform and codify infrastructure as code for all customer environments.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps, including secrets management, artifact promotion, and policy gates.
- Set up and operate Kubernetes clusters that host containerized DevOps services and customer workloads.
- Troubleshoot performance, replication, indexing, and integration issues across the toolchain, with structured root cause analysis and customer-ready reports.
- Support migrations from Data Center to Cloud, between Git platforms, and between artifact or deployment tools.
- Work with security, compliance, and audit teams to enforce SSO, RBAC, audit logging, and regulatory controls.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience administering at least two of the following: Atlassian Data Center stack, GitHub Enterprise Server, JFrog Platform, Octopus Deploy, ServiceNow, or SonarQube.
- Solid Linux administration skills, including systemd, networking, storage, and shell scripting.
- Practical experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and one IaC tool (Terraform preferred).
- Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including Helm charts and basic cluster operations.
- Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines for enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana or ELK.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to face enterprise customers.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Atlassian, GitHub product certifications.
- CNCF certifications.
- Cloud certifications at associate or professional level.
- Exposure to BFSI, manufacturing, or hi-tech customer environments and their compliance requirements.
- Experience with secrets managers (HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager)
What We Offer
