Job Description

Good to Have

Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Infrastructure as Code exposure ( Terraform is a plus)

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently in production environments
Good communication and collaboration skills
Experience working in Agile / DevOps culture

Qualifications

Total Experience: Minimum 8 years
OpenShift & Kubernetes:
- 3–4+ years of hands-on experience
- Strong knowledge of cluster administration, deployments, networking, and storage
Ansible:
- 2–3+ years of experience developing Ansible playbooks, roles, and automation workflows
Python:
- 2–3 years of scripting and automation experience
Shell Scripting:
- 4–5 years of strong Bash/Shell scripting experience
Linux:
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux system administration
Virtualization:
- Knowledge of VMware is a strong advantage
