Job Profile: Senior DevOps Engineer
Location: Gurgaon

The Role
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer, who has strong experience production operations support, Cloud operations and SRE to work within Digital Identity and Access capability area to provide on-going development and cloud operations and support of the Enterprise Identity and Access Management platform developed in Java, with strong CD/CI, SCM and Acceptance Test Driven Development delivery methods.
Responsibilities
· Develop, deploy and support the Enterprise identity and access management platform in particular Enterprise Authorization
· Perform Unit, System/System Integration and Performance testing of APIs
· Maintain and support automation test suite
· Develop, deploy and support delivery tools.
· Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations.
· Troubleshoot issues in our development, test and production environments.
· Building and proactively monitoring the platform for enuring key platform KPIs are measured and adhered to
· Perform production operations support, including being on roster for after hour support.
· Manage frequent, incremental code testing and deployment utilizing a wide variety of open source technologies.
· Ensure strict adherence to SCM branching and merging strategies
· Work within a team of skilled engineers across both dev and ops
· Work with other technology teams in analyzing requirement, development software solution and in issue resolution.
· Support and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools.
· Advise and assist operations for improving uptime, reduce service incidents and accelerating software deployments.
· Drive better metrics and monitoring initiatives to gain more insight into the behaviour of the applications and products
Must - Have Qualifications:
· Minimum 10 years of experience as a operations Engineer and tester in a complex, enterprise-level development environment.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a DevOps/SRE role
· Experience in the financial industry.
· Minimum 3 years in identity and access management development, Cloud and IAS development and Configuration management automation.
· Minimum 3 years in experience operating in a large ITIL-based technology environment (Change Management, Problem Management, Incident Management and Risk Management).
· Knowledge of identity federation: SAMO, OAuth 2.0, Liberty, OpenID Connect, Authorisation policy management
· Experience with network, operating system, database and storage support.
· Solid understanding of automated software application builds and deployments.
· Experience in agile software development
· Experience working on critical, highly available production systems.
· Experience working with diverse infrastructure options such as private and public cloud, bare metal servers, containerization, physical and software load balancers and multiple storage options.
· Infrastructure automation using cloud services such as CFN and Terraform
· JMeter or equivalent for performance test. engineering
· Hands on experience with REST Assured, GitHub, Artifactory, Cyberark/Hashicorp, Sonar, Maven, Gradle, Splunk, AppDynamics, Linux Administration.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Practical involvement in all stages of the information systems delivery lifecycle, from feasibility through to support.
· Ability to multi-task and manage tasks with varying priorities.
· Must be well organised, work to deadlines and be analytical
