Where no two days are the same.Your RoleDesign, deploy, and operate Couchbase clusters across on‑premises and cloud environments, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.Develop, test, and document automation components using configuration management, Infrastructure as Code, and application programming interfaces (APIs).Build and operate containerized solutions using Kubernetes and Docker to support scalable database services.Participate in incident investigation, troubleshooting, and shared on‑call support using well‑defined operational processes.Continuously improve platform capabilities by following technology trends and contributing enhancements to the engineering community.Your ProfileRelevant professional experience in platform engineering, database operations, or DevOps roles, with strong exposure to Couchbase technologies.Experience working with Linux operating systems (e.g., Red Hat distributions) and infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible.Familiarity with scripting and automation using languages such as Python and shell scripting, as well as version control and continuous integration tools (Git, Jenkins).Experience with one or more cloud providers (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or OpenStack) and container platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift.Monitoring tool experience also like Grafana, Splunk and ArgoCD, Helm experiences.Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural, cross‑functional environments.What will you love working at Capgemini You will have the opportunity to learn on one of the industry's largest digital learning platforms, with access to 250,000+ courses and numerous certifications.We’re committed to ensure that people of all backgrounds feel encouraged and have a sense of belonging at Capgemini.
