Job Description: Head of Cloud Data Centers Management – DevOps/SecOps/AppOps/FinOps
As the Head of Cloud Management, you will define and execute the strategic vision for global cloud and systems infrastructure. Your mission is to develop a Cloud Engineering team to drive automation, embed AIdriven capabilities, and foster a strong DevOps culture across IT operations. You will lead the transformation of traditional infrastructure into a modern, scalable, and resilient cloud ecosystem, enabling secure and high-performing IT services across all business entities.
Technical Skills
- Minimum 15 years of experience in systems support, infrastructure management, and enterprise IT.
- Proven leadership experience managing global technical teams and large-scale cloud environments.
- Demonstrated success in cloud platform transformation and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Strong background in driving operational excellence, automation, DevOps and service improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the global cloud strategy aligned with business and IT objectives.
- Develop & mentor a scale high-performing cloud engineering team
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to modernize infrastructure and optimize cloud operations.
- Drive innovation through the adoption of automation, DevSecOps and cloud-native capabilities.
- Collaborate with business units on digital transformation initiatives.
- Establish best practices and operational standards to improve user experience.
Operations Leadership
- Manage engineering team for multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments
- Drive automation and AI to enhance operational efficiency and improve user experience.
- Ensure effective escalation and communication processes aligned with SLAs and support matrices.
Security & Compliance
- Implement cloud security frameworks and best practices
- Ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Work closely with security teams on risk mitigation
DevOps & Automation
- Promote CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Improve deployment speed and system reliability
- Integrate DevOps culture across engineering teams
Financial Governance (FinOps)
- Establish and manage cloud cost governance frameworks.
- Monitor and analyse cloud spending and usage patterns.
- Recommend cost optimization strategies.
- Develop budget alerts, cost dashboards, and financial transparency reports.
- Promote efficient resource utilization and cost accountability across business units.
