We are looking for a Technical Delivery Lead who can own the end-to-end delivery of modern Full Stack, Cloud and AI solutions.
This is not a traditional Project Management role. We need someone who understands technology deeply, can lead engineering teams, solve technical challenges, and take solutions from design → development → deployment → production at scale.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end technical delivery across Full Stack, Cloud and AI projects.
- Lead and guide engineering teams to build scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Drive technical decisions across architecture, APIs, databases and integrations.
- Take ownership of deployments at scale using Cloud, CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ensure performance, scalability, security and observability across applications.
- Leverage AI coding tools, AI Agents and automation to improve engineering productivity and accelerate delivery.
- Review technical designs, understand code and troubleshoot critical issues.
- Remove technical blockers and drive engineering quality and execution.
- Take complete ownership from requirements to successful production deployment.
What We're Looking For
- 6–9 years of strong experience in Full Stack Engineering and technical delivery.
- Strong experience with modern Full Stack technologies, including React, Node.js, Python, and other modern frontend and backend frameworks and technology stacks.
- Strong understanding of APIs, Microservices, Databases and System Architecture.
- Experience building and deploying scalable, production-grade applications.
- Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Good understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience or strong exposure to GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents and AI-powered applications.
- Strong adoption of AI-assisted coding and development tools to improve engineering speed and quality.
- Ability to lead engineers, make technical decisions and take complete ownership of delivery.
