This role will work closely with the CIO and business stakeholders to deliver scalable technology solutions that enable business growth and operational excellence.
Senior IT Delivery Manager with ERP implementation, application development, Python/Full Stack, AWS/Azure, DevOps, vendor management, business process transformation, project delivery, data migration, and stakeholder management experience in manufacturing organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT programs across Sales, Field Services, Commercial, HR, and Finance functions.
- Drive ERP development, application delivery, and enterprise support initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end program delivery, including scope, cost, quality, and risk management.
- Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and deliver technology-driven solutions.
- Build and mentor high-performing application and DevOps teams.
- Oversee vendor management, budgeting, resource planning, and project governance.
- Drive cloud adoption, application modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead upgrades, business process transformation, and change management programs.
