Roles and Responsibilities:
- Define end-to-end DevOps and cloud architecture for containerized and virtualized environments, including governance and automation standards.
- Design and govern Kubernetes (AKS) multi-cluster architecture covering networking, security, RBAC, CRDs, and high-availability models.
- Lead Helm-based deployment architecture and define reusable chart standards and templates.
- Architect Kubernetes storage using Longhorn and define messaging architecture using Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Design centralized logging, monitoring, alerting, and data ingestion/flow architecture using Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, and Apache NiFi.
Skills Required:
- 12 - 16 years of relevant experience in DevOps/Infrastructure architecture and platform engineering.
- Azure cloud architecture and deployment experience for production environments.
- Kubernetes architecture expertise including multi-cluster governance, CRDs, and Helm-based deployment patterns.
- Strong Linux, Shell, and Python scripting for automation, configuration management, and operational tooling.
- CI/CD and DevSecOps architecture ownership, including standards for secure deployments and operational compliance.
Good to Have:
- Experience with restricted, air-gapped, or OT environments and safety-critical/industrial domains.
- Knowledge of high availability, redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery patterns.
- Familiarity with system engineering or safety standards (ISO-based).
Education: B.Tech / B.Tech M.Tech (Dual) in any branch.
Preferred Qualification: Graduation from IITs or other Tier-1 institutions is preferred.
