Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud platforms, container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, security best practices, and deployment automation across modern web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads using Docker.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes.
- Manage application deployments for Next.js, WordPress, PHP, Python, and JavaScript-based applications.
- Configure and maintain web servers such as Nginx and Apache.
- Implement infrastructure security, IAM policies, SSL/TLS certificates, secrets management, and vulnerability remediation.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to streamline release processes.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation and follow DevOps best practices.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on DevOps experience.
- Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, S3, EKS, CloudWatch, Route 53, ELB).
- Expertise in Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience creating and maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong Linux administration and shell scripting skills.
- Experience deploying and managing Next.js, WordPress, PHP, Python, and JavaScript applications.
- Good understanding of Git and version control workflows.
- Experience with Nginx/Apache configuration and reverse proxy setup.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
- Knowledge of Ansible or similar configuration management tools.
- Experience with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD.
- Familiarity with security scanning tools and DevSecOps practices.
- Knowledge of Helm, Argo CD, or Flux CD.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
