Job Description
- Architect and implement cloud-native data pipelines using AWS services (S3, Athena, Glue, DynamoDB).
- Optimize SQL queries for large-scale financial datasets.
- Integrate Cloudability APIs for cost management and business mapping.
- Develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) templates (CloudFormation).
- Ensure secure data handling and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements gathering and operational hand-off.
- Design and develop user-facing web applications and dashboards for FinOps automation.
- Build and maintain backend APIs and integrate with AWS Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and Cloudability.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and secure REST API endpoints.
- Collaborate with data engineers and QA to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
- Optimize frontend performance and ensure responsive UI/UX.
Key Skills
- Frontend: React.js/Angular/Vue.js, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Backend: Python (preferred for AWS Lambda), Node.js, REST API development.
- Cloud integration: AWS SDK, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud security.
- AWS serverless architecture, Athena SQL, Glue, DynamoDB, Cloudability API, IaC (CloudFormation/Terraform), Python, SQL.
Additional Skills Required
Key FinOps Skills – Cloud Cost Allocation & Recharge
- Cost Allocation & Recharge – Good understanding of cost allocation, showback/chargeback, shared-cost allocation, and recharge methodologies.
- Multi-Cloud FinOps Automation – Hands-on understanding of Cloud billing/cost management and common cost taxonomy.
- Cloudability Knowledge – Experience with Cloudability cost mapping, allocation rules, hierarchies, and reporting.
Note: Need candidates with hands-on enterprise FinOps / cost allocation & chargeback experience
