Role- Data Platform- Head
The Data Platform Head will be responsible for overseeing the management of data platform to ensure its smooth running and full potentials in driving business insights and innovation. This will be one of the critical leadership positions requiring deep understanding and experience in data management, analytics, and technology.
Exp- 15-20 Yrs in BFSI Technology stack
Location- Hyderabad/Mumbai (onsite)
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the data platform strategy, aligning it with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the data platform, ensuring its capabilities meet the needs of the business
- You will be managing 300 usecases development and deployment over cloud
- Play a key role in cloud migration strategy with focus on single/multi cloud, best possible tools/services on cloud, design architecture
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the data platform, implementing best practices and efficient workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, risk management, and finance, to ensure the data platform integrates seamlessly with other systems and processes.
- Should be able to leverage Devops environment like GitHub, Docker, kubernetes etc. to deploy/orchestrate the models
- Established rail roads of continuous data flow and transmission of insights to business specially in real time environment.
- Help come up with framework on cost optimization while running various process on cloud basis analytics job execution.
- Instrumental in designing dev ops capability of the analytics group, which can lead to making “data as first citizen” in the organization.
- Regular interaction with technology, analytics and business stakeholders to ensure the analytics usecase pipeline are prioritized basis organization priority and impact.
- Have ability to deep dive on business problem and bring in multiple scenarios to solve a problem in specific area of focus.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms Azure, AWS,GCP
