What You'll Do:
As a DevOps Engineer at Worldteam, you will:
- Automate and Optimize: Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline operational processes. Optimize system deployments and scaling activities across cloud platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement CI/CD Pipelines: Build and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines, allowing for faster and more reliable code releases.
- Cloud Solutions Management: Work with AWS, Azure, and GCP to implement and manage scalable and efficient cloud solutions. Assist in cloud migration strategies and perform regular system optimizations.
- Security Enhancement: Collaborate with the security team to enforce and enhance security measures, ensuring that all infrastructure complies with industry standards and regulations.
- System Monitoring: Establish and maintain comprehensive monitoring of our systems to proactively address and resolve issues, ensuring system reliability and uptime.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with various teams within the organization to ensure technology alignment with business goals, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a DevOps role, with a demonstrated track record in cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD workflows.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), including monitoring and management tools.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, SAST, DAST and SCA.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Understanding of security best practices and IT compliance measures relevant to cloud computing and enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer).
- Strong project management skills.
