About the Role
We're looking for an experienced DevOps Platform Engineer to drive infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipeline management, and cloud-native operations for a fast-scaling engineering environment. This role sits at the intersection of DevOps and Platform Engineering — ideal for someone who enjoys building reliable, automated systems at scale.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines to streamline application delivery
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible (Infrastructure as Code)
- Manage and scale containerized workloads on Docker and Kubernetes
- Administer Linux-based systems supporting production environments
- Work extensively within Azure Cloud, driving cloud-native deployments and optimization
- Write automation scripts and tooling in Python to reduce manual operational overhead
- Contribute to DevSecOps practices, embedding security into the delivery pipeline
- Support observability and monitoring initiatives (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Splunk exposure a plus)
- Partner with engineering teams to improve release management and deployment reliability
What You Bring
Must-Have:
- 8+ years of hands-on DevOps / Platform Engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in Python for automation
- Hands-on expertise in Terraform and Ansible
- Proven experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Solid working experience with Azure Cloud services
- Strong command of Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux Administration
Good to Have:
- Platform Engineering background
- DevSecOps and security automation exposure
- Kubernetes cluster administration experience
- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) / observability exposure
- Multi-cloud experience (AWS/GCP)
