Summary:
As a Cloud Native Engineer, you will select and deploy appropriate cloud-native tools to accelerate application development. Knowledge of the target cloud-native tools is necessary, and this role can specialize in one specific native cloud, ex. Azure, AWS, GCP, etc. You will have a typical day where you will work closely with the development team to understand their requirements and identify the best cloud-native tools for their needs. You will also collaborate with the infrastructure team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of these tools. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and support to the team throughout the development process, ensuring the successful implementation of cloud-native solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand their requirements and identify the best cloud-native tools for their needs.
- Work closely with the infrastructure team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of cloud-native tools.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team throughout the development process.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cloud-native technologies.
- Continuously improve and optimize the cloud-native solutions to enhance application development efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure As Code (IaC).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Docker Kubernetes Administration, Ubuntu Linux Administration, Ansible on Microsoft Azure.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native concepts and principles.
- Experience in selecting and deploying cloud-native tools for application development.
- Knowledge of one or more native cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Proficient in scripting languages like Python or Bash for automation tasks.
- Solid understanding of networking and security principles in cloud environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Infrastructure As Code (IaC).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A Graduate degree is required.
