This role will provide you with the opportunity to learn about the DevOps lifecycle and assist in maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure, automating processes, and enhancing application deployment practices. As a DevOps Intern, you will work closely with experienced engineers, gaining valuable insights and skills to help you jumpstart your career in technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and CloudFormation
- Support the automation of CI/CD pipelines for seamless software deployment
- Help monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Participate in containerization projects using Docker and Kubernetes
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
- Engage in security best practices and assist in compliance efforts
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and CI/CD principles
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Bash
- Exposure to Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
