We are looking for a Devops Engineer who handles our server.
Requirements:
- Handle Live Server on AWS and Staging Server on Linode
- Must have a knowledge of Nginx.
- Must have a knowledge of RDS.
- Must have an experience of deploying web applications based on Laravel.
- Collaborating with coworkers to conceptualize, develop, and release software.
- Conducting quality assurance to ensure that the software meets prescribed guidelines.
- Rolling out fixes and upgrades to software, as needed.
- Securing software to prevent security breaches and other vulnerabilities.
- Collecting and reviewing customers' feedback to enhance user experience.
- Suggesting alterations to workflow in order to improve efficiency and success.
- Pitching ideas for projects based on gaps in the market and technological advancements.
- Design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure using tools such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate DevOps practices into the development lifecycle.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
- Ensure security best practices are implemented across all aspects of the infrastructure.
- Automate routine tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in DevOps and cloud technologies.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, ELK stack, or Splunk.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
