As a Senior Salesforce Developer at DHL ITS, your day kicks off with a coffee and a quick look at any overnight updates and messages from our global teams. You’ll join a daily catch-up meeting to talk about what’s on your plate and any challenges you're facing. The rest of your morning is dedicated to building cool new Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce solutions.
In the afternoon, you’ll work on making sure our integration systems talk to each other smoothly. You’ll also get together with your team for code reviews, where you’ll share and receive tips to keep our code top-notch. Later, you'll have some technical chats with architects and refine requirements to make sure everything’s on track.
Before you call it a day, you’ll update your progress in Jira and Confluence. As you wrap up, you’ll glance at tomorrow’s tasks, feeling great about your role in driving DHL’s global success.

As a Salesforce Senior Software Engineer, having strong development experience in Sales & Service Cloud is a must. Very good knowledge of Flows / Automation, APEX, LWC, Visual force will also be an integral part of this role.
As a technology enthusiast, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications on the Salesforce platform.
Demonstrated experience in data modeling and managing end-to-end data migration processes is essential. Familiarity with DevOps practices, Git branching strategies, and package deployment using tools like Gearset and Jenkins is highly valued.
You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being fluent in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
A high motivation for learning new technologies is crucial. Being pro-actively, communicative and anticipating business needs are key values that will be essential part of your role.
