Key Responsibilities

Automation & CI/CD Pipeline: Design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Manage infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to ensure repeatable and scalable deployment processes.
Cloud Infrastructure: Configure, monitor, and scale cloud environments on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar platforms.
Monitoring & Logging: Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog).
Collaboration & Support: Collaborate closely with software development teams to design and optimize deployment and integration processes.
Security: Enforce best security practices throughout the CI/CD pipeline, system infrastructure, and containerized applications.
Troubleshooting & Performance Tuning: Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues and application performance problems.
Version Control: Work with version control systems like Git for code and infrastructure management.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in post-mortem analysis, retrospectives, and improvement of DevOps practices to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering, systems administration, or related field.
Cloud Platforms: Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Containers & Orchestration: Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
Version Control Systems: Experience working with Git and Git-based workflows.
CI/CD Tools: Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar continuous integration/deployment tools.
Infrastructure Automation: Experience with tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef for provisioning and managing infrastructure.
Monitoring & Logging: Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized logging systems such as the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).

Preferred Skills

Experience with microservices architecture and related tools.
Knowledge of serverless architectures and frameworks.
Experience in a containerized environment (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Kafka, Airflow).
Certification in DevOps, Cloud platforms (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer, etc.).

Education

BTech/MCA/BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering.
