Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Infrastructure Manager to join our dynamic team. As the DevOps Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our DevOps infrastructure and ensuring seamless integration between development and operations teams. You will play a key role in driving automation, scalability, and reliability across our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of DevOps engineers to design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions that support our applications and services.
- Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git, Artifactory, Zuul, Kubernetes etc.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks like Ansible, and drive IaC to streamline deployment and enhance efficiency for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management.
- Collaborate with teams to align infrastructure solutions with business objectives and security standards.
- Evaluate and implement new DevOps tools and technologies.
- Proficiency in VMware, Cloud, Storage, Networking and operating system administration.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering continuous learning.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and uphold SRE principles.
- Hire, onboard, and mentor team members, fostering their growth.
- Champion Agile methodologies, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Desired Qualifications:
- 12+ years industry experience, with 10 years in DevSecOps leadership and 4 years managing teams.
- Strong technical skills in DevOps toolsets and workflows.
- Extensive experience deploying and supporting engineering toolsets like Artifactory, Git, Jenkins, Kubernetes, etc.
- Proficiency in Linux system administration, scripting/programming, and automation tools.
- Familiarity with Ansible, Git, Subversion, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
