Job Overview:
- Outreach and Relationship Building: Conduct cold calls and emails to engineering leaders (CTOs, VPoEs), introducing them to Findy's unique offerings and building connections that support business development.
- Market Analysis: Assist in analyzing the Indian engineering and SaaS landscape, researching trends, and identifying business opportunities to support market entry strategy.
- Community and Brand Management: Support the creation and management of an engineer-focused community, fostering engagement and brand visibility, primarily through LinkedIn.
- Sales and Marketing Support: Collaborate with the team to develop sales pitch decks, scripts, and outreach strategies. Contribute to lead generation campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Strategic Support: Work closely with the founding team on high-impact projects, participating in strategic decision-making and operational planning.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Pursuing or completed studies in software engineering, computer science, business, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software engineering concepts and enthusiasm for the tech startup ecosystem.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Strong initiative, willingness to take on varied roles, and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; experience with LinkedIn or similar platforms is a plus.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural team setting.
