We are seeking a skilled Lead Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing solutions utilizing your expertise in Jira, Confluence, Crowd, Linux, and DevOps tools. You will play a pivotal role in guiding projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and leadership in the implementation and customization of Jira, Confluence, and Crowd platforms.
- Design and architect solutions based on business requirements utilizing Jira, Confluence, Crowd, and associated DevOps tools.
- Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Work closely with developers, administrators, and stakeholders to define requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions effectively.
- Create comprehensive documentation and provide training to end-users and technical teams on best practices and utilization of the platforms.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in Jira, Confluence, Crowd, Linux, and DevOps tools. Implement improvements and optimizations where applicable.

- Proven experience as a Lead Consultant or similar role, with a strong background in IT consulting and project management.
- In-depth knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Crowd administration and customization.
- Proficiency in Linux systems administration and shell scripting.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Jira, Confluence, Crowd, Linux, or relevant DevOps certifications.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Prior experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
