Job Requirement:
- Portfolio Analysis and Migration Planning:
- Discovery of Customer’s AppStream including
- Detailed application assessment
- Consult with Customer business and application portfolio owners to clarify application dependencies and propose migration patterns
- Validate mapping and dependencies
- Assist Customer to review data collection and grouping for In Scope Applications
- Document high-level technical landscape architecture including review of AWS network architecture considerations for In Scope Application
- Develop baseline migration wave plan and dependency groups for application portfolio for In-Scope Applications, including updating infrastructure inventory, identifying and closing any gaps
- Design and develop instance image (golden Amazon Machine Image (AMI)) for In Scope Application in accordance with AWS development best practices
- Creation of application stack on In-Scope Application EC2 Image Builder
- Provision of AWS AppStream 2.0 fleets, and definition of stacks for In Scope Application for Customer testing, and non-production, environments
- Enable Customer to rollout AWS AppStream 2.0 fleet and stacks for In Scope Applications in Customer’s non-production environment
