Develop and Manage Event-Driven Automation Solutions:
Design and implement automated workflows using Ansible's Rulebook and Event-Driven Ansible framework.
Create, test, and deploy automation scripts and playbooks that trigger actions based on specific events in the IT ecosystem.
Kafka Integration and Management:
Design and manage Kafka topics, producers, and consumers to efficiently capture and process events from various systems and applications.
Ensure reliable and secure integration of Kafka with Ansible to enable robust event-driven automation solutions.
Build Scalable and Resilient Automation Solutions:
Develop highly available and scalable automation frameworks that leverage Kafka's distributed architecture for event handling.
Implement error handling and retry mechanisms in Ansible playbooks to ensure reliability and resilience of automation workflows.
Monitor, Optimize, and Maintain Automation Infrastructure:
Continuously monitor the performance and health of automation workflows and Kafka infrastructure.
Optimize Kafka configurations and Ansible playbooks for performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
Technical Expertise:
Strong proficiency with Ansible, including Event-Driven Ansible and Ansible Tower/AWX.
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including topic management, consumer/producer API, and Kafka Connect.
Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for automation and integration tasks.
Should have worked on Linux,Windows
System and Network Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, cloud environments, and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
Familiarity with monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and their integration with Kafka for event processing.
Automation and DevOps Practices:
Experience in developing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automating deployments using Ansible and other DevOps tools.
Knowledge of message-based architectures, microservices, and event-driven design patterns.
