Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GEN AI Architect with Azure expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Azure's AI services, strong technical abilities in cloud architecture, and a solid background in machine learning or data science. This role demands expertise in building and deploying innovative AI solutions, particularly focusing on document chunking, chatbot routing, entity extraction, and sentiment analysis, with proven experience in handling bulk documents for key projects.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-based solutions on the Azure platform, integrating both existing tools and new technologies to meet client needs. A strong understanding of cloud services, DevOps practices, and domain knowledge in sectors such as Legal, Procurement, or Finance is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Architect GEN AI Solutions:
- Utilize Azure AI services such as AI Search, AI Document Intelligence, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and GitHub Code Deployment to design scalable and efficient solutions.
- Architect systems that integrate Langchain, Python, and other technologies to solve complex document-related problems.
- Document Processing & AI Integration:
- Develop solutions around document chunking, entity extraction, document comparison, and chatbot querying and routing.
- Handle large-scale document processing, ensuring robust and high-performance AI workflows for bulk data.
- Machine Learning & Data Engineering:
- Leverage machine learning techniques to enhance document analysis and chatbot functionalities.
- Collaborate with data teams to integrate AI capabilities with structured and unstructured data.
- Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps:
- Work with cloud architecture, deploying solutions on Azure while ensuring high availability, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Implement and manage infrastructure using Terraform and other DevOps tools (Azure DevOps preferred).
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure that all solutions meet client specifications and quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Generative AI, Azure AI services, and machine learning.
- Drive innovation and the use of emerging technologies to improve system performance and capabilities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in Azure GEN AI Services (AI Search, AI Document Intelligence, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, GitHub Code Deployment).
- Strong understanding of Langchain, Python, and related technologies for building AI workflows and models.
- Experience with document chunking, entity extraction, chatbot routing, sentiment analysis, and document comparison.
- Experience working with large datasets and handling bulk document processing for real-world enterprise projects.
- Machine Learning & Data Background:
- Strong background in data science, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
- Proven experience applying machine learning to real-world problems in document management and analysis.
- Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps:
- Proficiency in cloud-based architecture, particularly within Azure.
- Experience with DevOps tools, including Terraform (good to have), for infrastructure as code and deployment automation.
- Domain Knowledge (Preferred):
- Familiarity with domain-specific applications in Legal, Procurement, or Finance is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders and convey technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to lead teams and mentor junior engineers.
