Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President – Technical Project Manager!
Should be a skilled Technical Project Manager to manage projects.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of a programming language (Python, JavaScript, Go, Java, Databricks etc.) and/or scripting, Infrastructure as Code etc.
- In-depth working knowledge in a technology domain such as distributed web applications, DevOps, Serverless, Big Data, Analytics, Machine Learning, high-performance databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
- Good command of engineering practices such as code refactoring, design patterns, design driven development, CI/CD, building highly scalable application and API's, and security
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Track project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and manage expectations.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Strong Technical Background in Data Bricks , AWS, Python, Snowflake, Airflow should have experience managing large teams for large engagements.
- Proven experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
