#Role Overview:
As the SRE Lead, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing scalable, high-performing, and cost-efficient infrastructure solutions for building our products like OneStack and Olake.
Leveraging your expertise in cloud platforms, automation tools, and observability, you will ensure that our systems are robust, secure, and optimized for excellence. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline deployments, enhance system reliability, and drive innovation.
#What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- 2+ years of proven experience as an SRE or DevOps engineer, preferably in startup and enterprise environments.
- Primary: Strong expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).
- Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable, efficient, and maintainable software systems. Lead the architectural evolution of our products.
- Past: Product/Startup based full-time experience preferred.
Preferred Technical Skills (Not a strict requirement):
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Golang) and debugging complex systems.
- Familiarity with modern data-warehousing/lakehouse technologies like ClickHouse or Iceberg.
- Expertise in CI/CD tools, container orchestration
Leadership:
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on reliability and scalability.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
