Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of department-related application systems, ensuring 24/7 system stability.
Promote the improvement of issues related to the current network to improve operational efficiency and quality.
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the department's basic services and business, designing and planning high availability, fault resolution, disaster recovery deployment, and holiday guarantees.
Responsible for the operational planning, architecture optimization, cost optimization, and high-availability operations of the big data platform.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related field, with more than 3 years of work experience.
Deep understanding of Linux systems, and operational architecture, with expertise in capacity planning, architecture design, and performance optimization.
Good customer service awareness, adept at teamwork, project management, proactive thinking, and strong self-motivation.
Proficient in at least one scripting language (shell/perl/python/go, etc.).
More than 2 years of experience in operating related systems such as k8s, Redis, MySQL, Nginx, Kafka.
Experience in distributed processing, computing, and storage of massive data is preferred.
Good learning ability, communication skills, adaptability, strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and ability to independently solve problems under pressure.
Proficient in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with colleagues in different regions and shareholders.
