- Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- Functional Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of Oracle SaaS ERP and SCM modules, particularly in areas such as Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, and Logistics.
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes for enterprise applications.
- Service Delivery Acumen:
- Strong understanding of SLA management and service metrics.
- Collaboration Skills:
- Ability to work across IT, DevOps, and business teams to deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of OCI services and cloud-native principles.
- Familiarity with SQL for reporting and analytics.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
- Business Process Leadership:
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes in Oracle SaaS ERP and SCM modules.
- Define KPIs and metrics to track process efficiency and service delivery performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Service Delivery Support:
- Act as a functional subject matter expert (SME) for SaaS ERP and SCM applications.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery for Oracle SaaS applications by resolving escalations and aligning services with SLAs.
- Lead the design and testing of functional solutions for ERP and SCM enhancements.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Liaise between business users, DevOps teams, and IT to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Partner with delivery and support teams to ensure seamless implementation of new processes and features.
- Functional Solutioning:
- Lead workshops to identify gaps in business processes and recommend solutions.
- Drive configurations, testing, and deployment of Oracle ERP modules, ensuring they meet business objectives.
- Create user guides, runbooks, and documentation to enable efficient process adoption.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for process automation to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for scalability and reliability.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Present solutions and progress reports to customer executives and internal leadership.
- Proactively manage expectations and address concerns regarding system functionality or delivery timelines.
