Responsibilities
- Lead a team of DevOps engineers in implementing and maintaining the company's cloud infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Terraform.
- Collaborate with development teams to design, build, and deploy applications on AWS.
- Automate infrastructure deployments and configuration management using Git, Jenkins, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery and integration.
- Configure and manage DNS, firewalls, and network security to ensure application availability and security.
- Monitor and optimize application performance using monitoring tools.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Direct experience with DevOps in AWS, responsible for the evaluation of cloud strategy and program architecture.
- Responsible for generating scripts and templates required for the automatic provisioning of resources.
- Experience with Configuration Management (Ansible, Chef or Puppet).
- Experience with CFT, Terraform or Azure Resource Manager.
- Deploying and debugging cloud initiatives as needed in accordance with best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Experience with source code management tools such as Git or Bitbucket.
- Expertise in continuous integration, continuous deployment, application performance monitoring, and alerting systems.
- Proficiency in scripting languages and build tools (Python/bash/JavaScript/PowerShell).
- Ability to define scalable CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Infrastructure cloud tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, Docker, Chef, Ansible, Kubernetes, etc.
- Understanding of deployment strategies using Docker for containerization.
- Ensure all services are hardened and security best practices are followed during the automated CI/CD processes.
- Expertise in DevOps tools: Jenkins, Ansible, Chef, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Strengthen and maintain the monitoring and management of the build and deployment processes and infrastructure.
