Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Trainer (DevOps) located in Bengaluru at ARX Infotech. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for teaching, training, and lecturing on Information Technology and Software Development topics to employees within the organization.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Corporate Trainer (DevOps) to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in DevOps tools, methodologies, and best practices, along with a flair for teaching and mentoring professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth training sessions on DevOps tools and methodologies, including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, AWS, and related technologies.
- Design, develop, and deliver training materials tailored to the needs of corporate professionals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends and incorporate them into training sessions.
- Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with corporate clients to understand their specific training requirements and deliver customized sessions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or similar role in DevOps.
- In-depth knowledge of DevOps tools and best practices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- Certification in DevOps or related areas is a plus.
