DevOps Architect
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Architect to lead and design our DevOps strategy, ensuring seamless integration, deployment, and automation across our infrastructure. This role requires deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, containerization, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and implement scalable DevOps solutions to streamline software development and deployment.
- Define and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- Lead infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Oversee containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Optimize cloud deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring high availability and security.
- Implement monitoring and logging solutions (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk) for proactive issue resolution.
- Establish best practices for version control, branching strategies, and release management.
- Define and enforce security policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Lead performance tuning and cost optimization of cloud and DevOps tools.
- Collaborate with development, security, and IT teams to drive DevOps adoption and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, and Infrastructure Automation.
- Strong expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation for infrastructure automation.
- Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including networking, security, and cost management.
- Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools like ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
- Expertise in scripting languages (Python, Shell, or PowerShell) for automation.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles, security best practices, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in AWS (AWS Solutions Architect), Azure (AZ-400), Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), or Terraform (HashiCorp Certified).
- Experience in GitOps and service mesh architectures (Istio, Linkerd).
- Knowledge of serverless computing and event-driven architectures.
