- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions for enterprise applications, mobile apps, and AI-driven systems.
- Conduct technical feasibility analysis and estimation for new features, products, and proposals.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for development, deployment, and security.
- Guide teams in adopting modern frameworks, cloud platforms, and DevOps methodologies.
Hands-on Development & Technical Oversight:
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications, with deep expertise in web or Mobile applications
Team & Project Management:
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, and DevOps professionals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
- Manage project execution following Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies to ensure timely deliveries.
- Define and track KPIs for performance, quality, and security across development lifecycles.
Stakeholder & Communication Management:
- Act as a technical advisor to business leaders, clients, and project stakeholders.
- Effectively translate business needs into technical solutions while ensuring feasibility and scalability.

- Full-stack development: Hands-on experience in React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Java, .NET, Python.
- Mobile application development: Native (iOS/Android) and cross-platform (Flutter, React Native).
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform.
- AI/ML & Data Engineering: Experience with GenAI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, Big Data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop), and data pipelines (Kafka, Airflow).
- CI/CD & Automation: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: OWASP, Zero Trust Architecture, IAM, GDPR, HIPAA compliance.
