Key Responsibilities:
Azure Solutioning:
- Architecting: Design and implement scalable, high-performance, and secure Azure solutions based on business needs.
- Deploy Applications: Plan and deploy cloud-based applications, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
- Security Enablement (Policy Creation): Develop and implement security policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for Azure resources.
- Hardening of Resources: Apply security best practices to harden Azure resources, ensuring protection against potential vulnerabilities and threats.
- Solid Understanding of Azure Architecture: Provide expertise in Azure services, architecture, and design principles to ensure optimal solution delivery.
- Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource usage to maintain budget efficiency across Azure environments.
DevOps:
- CI/CD Deployment: Design, implement, and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate the delivery process.
- Terraform & YAML: Use Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) provisioning and YAML for defining Azure DevOps pipeline configurations.
- Pipeline Administration & Maintenance: Oversee and troubleshoot Azure DevOps pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient application deployment.
- Azure Components: Manage Azure components, including libraries and Service Principal Names (SPNs), ensuring secure and efficient service connections.
- Docker & Containers: Manage containerized environments with Docker, and deploy using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or other container orchestration tools.
- Health Chart: Monitor and assess the health and performance of Azure resources using native tools and third-party monitoring systems.
