About The Gig
We're looking for a DevOps Lead who isn't just good with Terraform files and YAML, but someone who owns the pipeline, understands the platform, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when things hit the fan (because they occasionally will).
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage CI/CD pipelines for multiple microservices across staging and production.
- Own Kubernetes like it’s your playground – from Helm charts to autoscaling strategies.
- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP – we’re flexible as long as you're not.
- Drive infra observability – logs, metrics, alerts, and everything in between.
- Automate everything. If you find yourself doing it twice, script it.
- Collaborate with backend, mobile, and QA teams to streamline release cycles.
- Troubleshoot live issues like a ninja, and ensure zero-downtime deployments.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of DevOps/SRE/Infra Engineering experience.
- Deep experience with Kubernetes (not just deploying pods, but managing clusters).
- Strong with Terraform, Docker, Helm, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
- Working knowledge of GCP or AWS – bonus points if you’ve worked on both.
- Hands-on with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
- Proven experience in scaling infrastructure for high-throughput systems.
- Great communication skills, proactive mindset, and strong ownership.

- Experience in managing IoT/telematics data pipelines.
- Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, and container security.
