Technology Manager to lead our tech team, oversee product development, and ensure smooth delivery of our fintech solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team (backend, frontend, mobile, UI/UX, QA).
- Manage internal tech resources and external vendors.
- Oversee development of web and mobile applications.
- Hands-on expertise in backend (PHP, Laravel, Python, Java).
- Knowledge of frontend (React/Angular/Vue) and mobile (Flutter).
- Supervise UI/UX team for user-friendly designs.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with fintech regulations.
- Implement best practices in architecture, coding, and DevOps.
Key Skills & Qualification
- Bachelor’s/master’s in computer science, IT, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of development experience, 2–3 years in team management.
- Strong knowledge of backend development (PHP/Laravel, Python, Java).
- Exposure to frontend frameworks and Flutter for mobile apps.
- Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), DevOps (Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD) expertise.
- BFSI/Fintech experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
