Must-Have Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Skills
- Expertise in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS/ Azure/ Azure DevOps)
- Experience in linode + Kubernetes, Akamai caching, CICD (Docker)
- Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in version control systems (Git)
- Scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration
Experience
- 4-5 years of experience working with outsourced or offshore DevOps teams
- Proven experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines in production environments
Good-to-Have Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Expert, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or similar.
Skills
- Experience with hybrid cloud and multi-cloud architectures
- Experience with cost optimization and cloud billing management
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence)
