My client is a fast-growing global trading firm operating at the forefront of the digital asset and crypto markets. They are building the next generation of market infrastructure, focused on transparency, scalability, and reliability.
They are now looking for a Senior DevOps Platform Engineer to help scale and enhance their trading systems and core infrastructure. This is an opportunity to work with a world-class engineering team and play a key role in shaping the backbone of a high-performance trading environment.
The Role
As part of the platform engineering team, you will:
- Improve and expand CI/CD systems (FluxCD, GitHub Actions, Python scripting)
- Optimise Kubernetes Operators and implement rollout strategies such as blue/green and canary deployments
- Contribute to an in-house workload orchestrator built in Rust
- Develop internal tooling to boost reliability, observability, and automation
- Partner with engineering, data, and trading teams to drive DevOps best practices and system efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and Operators
- Proficient in Golang and/or Rust
- Background in trading, fintech, or high-performance environments
- Hands-on experience with Ansible, Terraform, and cloud platforms (GCP or AWS)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
