As part of our growth journey, we are looking for a strong DevOps Lead to drive our infrastructure and automation strategy. Role & Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and management of CI/CD pipelines
Architect and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform / CloudFormation
Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and performance of systems
Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers
Collaborate with development, security, and architecture teams
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
Enforce DevOps best practices, automation, and cost optimization
Participate in RCA, incident management, and continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience

8–10 years of hands-on experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering
Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, EKS, S3, RDS, etc.)
Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes
Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, or similar)
Experience with Terraform / CloudFormation
Good understanding of Linux, networking, and security best practices
Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
Leadership experience managing or guiding teams
