Core job scope
- Provide higher-level cloud/service support
- Support Google Cloud / cloud service environment and related IT systems
- Work with broader NMB IT stack and cloud-connected tools
- Assist with escalated issues, system support, configuration, and operational troubleshooting
- Collaborate with application developers, engineers, and other technical stakeholders
- Support remote users and operational continuity
Minimum / preferred qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field
- BS/BA highly preferred
- Salesforce certification highly preferred
- Google IT Support Professional Certification highly preferred
- 5 years of continuous cloud service support experience
- Strong written and oral communication
- Able to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
- Motivated and results-oriented
