- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise cloud infrastructure platforms.
- Define and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks using Terraform and Terragrunt.
- Establish and standardize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions across engineering teams.
- Implement GitOps-based deployment strategies using ArgoCD and HelmCharts.
- Drive automation initiatives using Ansible for configuration management and operational efficiency.
- Design and implement DevSecOps practices by integrating security tools within the CI/CD lifecycle.
- Manage and enforce code quality, security scanning, and compliance frameworks using:
Trivy, GitHub Advanced Security ,SonarQube, Checkov, Megalinter
- Lead and mentor DevOps, Cloud, and Platform Engineering teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and leadership teams to align infrastructure strategy with business goals.
- Define best practices, standards, and governance frameworks for DevOps, GitOps, and infrastructure automation.
- Drive platform reliability, scalability, security, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Lead architecture reviews and guide teams on cloud-native and microservices infrastructure patterns.
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering.
- Proven experience in leading DevOps or cloud infrastructure teams.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt).
- Deep experience with GitHub-based development workflows.
- Experience designing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Hands-on experience implementing GitOps using ArgoCD and HelmCharts.
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible.
- Strong experience with DevSecOps and security automation tools, including:Trivy, GitHub Advanced Security ,SonarQube, Checkov, Megalinter
- Experience designing and operating large-scale cloud infrastructure platforms.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud-native architectures.
- Expertise in high availability, scalability, disaster recovery, and security best practices.
