We are seeking a highly experienced DevOps Manager / Leader to drive the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of our DevOps practices. This role requires a strong technical foundation, leadership capability, and a passion for building scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure. You will lead a team of DevOps engineers while collaborating closely with engineering, QA, security, and product teams to enable faster and more efficient delivery of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing DevOps team, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Define and implement DevOps strategy, roadmap, and best practices aligned with business and engineering goals.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Drive CI/CD pipeline development and optimization to ensure seamless code integration, testing, and deployment.
- Oversee infrastructure as code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and uptime through proactive monitoring, alerting, and incident management.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline release processes and improve deployment frequency while minimizing risks.
- Implement and enforce security best practices across infrastructure and deployment pipelines (DevSecOps).
- Manage containerization and orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Continuously evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies to improve DevOps maturity and efficiency.
- Establish metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track system performance, deployment success, and team productivity.
- Drive automation across infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 9-13 years of overall experience, with a strong focus on DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
- Proven experience in leading DevOps teams and managing large-scale production environments.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Datadog.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, or similar).
- Knowledge of networking, security, and system architecture principles.
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex production issues.
