We are looking for a skilled
DevOps Automation Engineer with strong expertise in cloud-based infrastructure and automation tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation pipelines while ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, deployment, and infrastructure management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools
- Develop and manage automation workflows using Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform
- Write and maintain scripts using Groovy and other relevant languages
- Manage version control and collaboration using Git
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for cloud environments
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of automation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives)
- Work with tools like JIRA for tracking tasks, user stories, and progress
- Continuously improve automation processes and deployment efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Jenkins (CI/CD pipeline development)
- Ansible (configuration management & automation)
- Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
- Git (version control)
- Groovy scripting
- Experience in Cloud DevOps / IaaS environments
- Solid understanding of automation best practices and coding standards
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred Skills (Good To Have)
- Experience in Database Automation
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes)
