About the RoleDevOps at AdxReel is a core engineering function, not support.
You will design and scale infrastructure that powers:
- Video delivery & streaming
- Ad serving systems
- Wallets, payouts, and monetization flows
- Real-time user interactions (live streams, engagement events)
This role requires someone who has handled production systems under load, not just set up pipelines.
What You’ll Do- Architect and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid and safe deployments
- Design auto-scaling systems to handle unpredictable traffic spikes
- Optimize cloud costs vs performance (critical for us)
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery
- Manage containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Collaborate with backend teams to improve performance and reliability
Must-Have Skills- Strong hands-on experience with AWS / GCP / Azure
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production
- Solid understanding of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation)
- Strong fundamentals in networking, load balancing, CDNs
- Experience with monitoring & observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Strong Linux system administration skills
Good-to-Have (Highly Relevant)- Experience with video streaming or CDN optimization
- Exposure to real-time or high-concurrency systems
- Knowledge of DevSecOps and cloud security best practices
- Experience handling payments or financial systems reliability
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
