Purpose of the Job: The Technical Manager & Solutions Architect will lead the overall
technical development of enterprise-grade software solutions, ensuring robust architecture,
secure design, and high-quality delivery. This role combines technical leadership, solution
architecture, and team management, driving innovation and enforcing best practices across
development, cybersecurity, and deployment processes. The individual will be overall
accountable for the outcome of the team and timely delivery of the software solutions.
Major Activities / Principal Accountabilities:
• Own end to end system architecture, define reference patterns, translate
business requirements into scalable designs, and evaluate suitable technologies
• Influence product direction by working closely with Product Management to
integrate technical innovation with business goals, setting the foundation for a
forward-looking software strategy and roadmap
• Design secure APIs, microservices, and integration strategies for enterprise
customers.
• Implement Secure SDLC and enforce security best practices.
• Implement identity and access management (OAuth2/OIDC, RBAC), encryption
standards, and secure deployment practices.
• Lead and mentor developers, DevOps engineers, and QA teams.
